Donating to the Mission's Thrift Stores

Gently used and re-sellable household goods, clothing, furniture, appliances, etc may be donated. Clear out your closets, kitchen and attic, but instead of having a yard sale, donate everything to the Valley Mission. Your donations will provide much needed funding for the Mission, for all the store profits support the work and programs of the Mission.

Donations may be dropped off at either Thrift Store during store hours, Monday - Saturday, 9 am to 6 pm. Pick-up of large items can be arranged. Please telephone either store to make arrangements.

Receipts for the donations will be provided by store staff. As the donor, you will assign the fair-market value to your donation. Donations of goods, known as Gifts-in-Kind, may be tax-deductible, for the Valley Mission is an IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. For your records, be sure to keep the receipt with your list of items donated and their fair-market value.
