Valley Mission "Adopt-A-Room" Project Featured on NBC29 News
On August 19, NBC29 News ran a story about a project currently underway at Valley Mission. Since March, various volunteers, both groups and individuals, have been helping to make the shelter more "homey" for it's residents. Working with Valley Mission staff, these volunteers have been painting and decorating the dormitory area, one room at a time. The results are attractive and inviting rooms, a wonderful improvement over the formerly stark environment. Read more...
