Valley Mission

On Sept. 9th, Mr. Leo Thralls presented a check to Valley Mission for $1,750. Through an endowment he established with Community Foundation of Central Blue Ridge, Mr. Thralls plans to present a similar amount to the Mission over the next five years. The donation goes to help the work of the Mission to provide shelter, food, clothing and care to those in our area in need.

Mr. David Reed, Executive Director, received the check for Valley Mission. During their meeting, Mr. Thralls expressed his desire to be of service by helping those agencies that work in service of their community.

Valley Mission is a non-profit organization that depends upon generous supporters like Mr. Leo Thralls to fulfill its mission of providing for the needy and offering shelter for the homeless.
